Introduction

MT-1543 is a low temperature soaping powder, and is a formulated product composed of various inorganic compounds, suited for soaping process after dyeing and printing with Reactive Dyes, the unfixed dyestuff on fiber surface can be removed at low temperature, as a result, the overall wet fastness properties can be enhanced effectively.

Features and Advantages

With very good soaping ability even at low temperature, the after soaping can be carried out at 60 ~ 80°C.

When used for the after soaping of dyeings and prints, the hydrolyzed and floating color dyestuff on fiber surface can be removed thoroughly.

The washing and soaking fastness properties can be improved significantly.

Excellent sequestering, dispersing, and removal of surface dyestuffs capabilities.

Does not contain any other hazardous substances which are of high concern in REACH Regulations, and is in compliance with Oeko-Tex 100 Standard.
