313 bright color pulp for elliptical machine printing

1. 312 white pulp is a beige white pulp for printing, and 313 bright color pulp is a pulp with very bright colors;

2. Suitable for cotton and other blended fabrics; suitable for elliptical machines, flat machines, round screen machines and manual printing;

3. No clogging, soft touch, no powder, 312 has good whiteness, 313 has very bright colors;

4. 312 white pulp/313 color pulp is a white paste/milky white paste;

5. For printing paste, add 3-8% discharge powder to 312 white paste or 3-8% discharge powder to 313 bright color paste after adding color type, 1 time 2-4 times (generally add 3% discharge powder to light-colored cloth, and 5% to 8% discharge powder to dark-colored cloth). After the platen is discharged, overheat 150℃*1-2 minutes or directly overheat 150℃-170℃*1-2 minutes.

6. The screen mesh is most suitable at 800-1200 mesh. If the weather is hot and the screen is blocked, 0.5%-2% moisturizer can be added.
